Using the Stanmore IV is an exercise in tactile satisfaction. The brass-finished control knobs provide precise adjustments for bass and treble, allowing you to tailor the sound profile to your specific room acoustics. The integration of the Marshall App further enhances this by offering placement compensation and EQ presets, ensuring that the audio remains crisp and punchy regardless of where the unit is positioned. The addition of Auracast™ technology makes it a future-proof choice for those looking to expand their audio ecosystem.
Compared to the previous generation, the Stanmore IV features a redesigned bass reflex port that significantly improves low-end clarity and depth. While the Acton IV is better suited for smaller spaces and the Woburn IV is designed for larger living areas, the Stanmore IV occupies the perfect middle ground, offering enough power for medium-to-large rooms without the footprint of a floor-standing system.
