1. 7-Day Inspection Period

In accordance with Consumer Protection laws, all purchases made through the Guanghua Online Store are eligible for a 7-day inspection period (starting the day after you receive your item).

• Please Note: The inspection period is not a trial period. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original, unused, and brand-new condition, capable of being restored to its original state.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you need to request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via the following channels:

• Contact Methods: Facebook, Line, or Email.

• Process: We will review your request within 1 business day of receipt. Once approved, we will arrange for a designated courier to contact you within 3–7 business days to collect the item.

3. Product Condition Requirements

Returned items must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging intact.

• Completeness: Please ensure the product itself, all accessories, packaging, original manufacturer boxes, and accompanying documents (such as manuals and warranty cards) are included.

• Packaging Reminder: Please place the product back into its original packaging. Do not write on or stick shipping labels directly onto the original manufacturer’s box. If the original packaging is damaged, it may affect your eligibility for a return or result in a restocking fee.

4. Shipping Costs and Additional Fees

• Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, Guanghua Store will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong item), the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs.

• Restocking Fees: If the returned item is damaged, scratched, or missing parts due to reasons attributable to the buyer, a restocking fee will be charged based on the extent of the damage.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will begin the refund process:

• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via your original payment method (e.g., credit card reversal or bank transfer).

• Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned goods.

• Proof of Return: Please keep your courier receipt until the refund has been fully processed and confirmed.
